Blended Learning
Blended learning incorporates two or more training modes as part of the overall solution. This method is best used when the solution requires varying types of content that are best learned using a combination of training approaches. For example, if a course contains content that employees can easily learn on their own as well as content better learned in a group setting, we may recommend a blended course consisting of eLearning and instructor-led training. While this is a common combination, a blended course could be a hybrid of any other training types—it’s truly customizable to fit your needs and to accommodate the content your employees need to learn.
